Yep, that was after me specifically telling them I didn’t want them to touch anything other than an oil change.

Left me stranded on the interstate at 7am after 5am skate lessons for the daughter.

Their fault, but also mine for not even popping the hood after their work.

Maybe re-torqueing the same stock U-bolts has overstressed them. What torque did you put on the Ubolts this time?

Could explain some new noises. I was stuck at the top. Couldn't get past the top or the bottom. Had to be pulled over:

Here is a pic of the exhaust pipe and the skid plate. The skid is bent up and the pipe is squashed against it.

Also, here are my skid plates after the ORV fun today. Might be a few scrapes.

I am jealous you are having so much fun in the truck. Once you are putting it thru that type of use, any number of bolts or mounting points could shift causing your issue. Especially if you are bending things.

Have you seen any damage to frame or crossmembers? A frame measurement to be sure you are square may be needed. I don’t think you have any issues, but sometimes if you have a rear axle issue, it is the frame. There is limited adjustment for the axle, so that leaves the frame as a possibility. You can always measure the frame, but a tram gauge is best when doing that.

My truck is completely stock and the axle sits 1/2 inch off center to the right. Pretty sure this is just a Tacoma quirk. It’s not the bed being off center either. I measured from the inside of the tire to the frame on both sides.
