    .vft or .vfc file?
    Ignition is on 100% yes?
Definitely double check ECU ID of the file you were sent vs what your ECU is.

Shot you a pm if you want help via facetime or call too.

no it wasn’t that it was one I’ve never heard. I’ll have to try and record it if it appears again. I did go back a few pages here and someone had a rattle noise. Could be that same noise I heard.

Next time you hear it listen very closely around the engine bay. Mine was a faulty nose cone drive. You could hear the marble in tin can sound around the SC pulley. If that’s it it’s not a terrible repair. Just takes an hour or two.

Anybody with a manual trans on the most current 04B42 TSB and Maggie tune to match? I just updated the other day and it feels like I have no power in 2nd until I get to around 4k rpms. I updated from 04B41 and that tune felt better, albeit not super good, but at least I had what felt like all the power in 2nd gear. I think I'm gonna give it another couple hundred miles to see if it "settles in" as they say, but if not then I'll be going back to the previous tune that I got from Maggie when I first did the install.

Just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this, or maybe updated and is getting different results. I'd assume since both tunes are V7 that there wouldn't be much difference, but there is def something going on...

    Tune info:
    When I first installed S/C - 04B41_V7_PCO_MAG_SC_PR1_1580
    Now - 04B42_V7_PCO_MAG_SC_PR1_CS_1580

I liken the sound to an F150 with a slowly failing power steering pump, some notice the sound and some don't but if you point it out people usually are like "Oh yeah, I hear it" after they've been made aware that the vehicle is supercharged.

I’ve heard it on all kinds of Fords. Aerostars were especially bad.

My '21 MT has a 04C30 tune and I don't notice a lack of power like you describe.

All the feedback on previous pages of this thread have been that miles per gallon are the same to a little worse, depending on how heavy your foot is. The baseline depends on how heavily you are modded.

Same, its just so much fun to be able to merge into traffic or jump out into traffic and chirp the tires.

Does anyone know if the aFe Momentum GT Pro intake will work with this? I didn't see any other posts addressing this question.

Some more user experience. Just came back from a short 350 mile round trip. 100% towing. Four mountain passes. Tallest pass was 12,129 ft above sea level. Loaded camper and bed full of food/beverage coolers - probably 3K total tow weight. No problem maintaining posted speed on highway (65 mph) and on steep mountain passes. Used S mode 100% of the time. S 3 on steep incline mountain road over noted pass. S 4 and S 5 on all other roads. Averaged 17 mpg round trip. Honestly happy with towing experience and power. Now I just wish Magnuson would fix the D mode shifting logic and rev hang when taking off from a rolling start. I'm sure every Gen3 AT with this SC has the same issue(s). Come on Magnuson - fix them in your version 8 release. Soon.
