OVS 270 LT vs Rhino batwing

Mine is supposed to come today which means they got their back order in.

 

Got it but can't mount it up until I get my truck back in a couple weeks.

 

Still waiting on mine......

Even got Campsaver and OVS on the phone to see if I could pick it up for a trip I just got back from but they don't allow pick up (campsaver) since they need the shipping info to close their PO......

 

Were they able to tell you if they have one for you and when it would ship to you?
OVS was able to give me that info for mine.

 

Originally it was going to deliver this last Saturday but it's arriving tomorrow......

 

FML, got it but the invoice and what I ordered says passenger side and they shipped me a driver side. Have to ship it back and wait for the correct one........

Finally got it installed. Super stoked as this has a ton of shade and will work great when camping and hunting. Only downside is I can't open the side window on the shell with the awning on. If I put some spacers in I may be able to but I'd need some specialized ones and haven't found any 2" tall ones I trust with that much weight and leverage from the awning.

 

Any updates since it's been on? Does the awning interfere with opening the rear window?
