Same here. One of the reasons we left commiefornia was that conservative voices are no longer heard or counted. It's funny though. The same thing happened there. All those people from the east moved there and destroyed a once beautiful state. Go figure.

 

Now my hometown of Nashville and its metro area are going to shit due to the pilgrimage from out west. I’ve lived all over , but I always come home. Unfortunately, home isn’t feeling like home these days.

 

Original Nashvillians can't afford the taxes much anymore. Lived around Nashville most of my life, it's definately not the same.

 

Yea we specifically looked in Murfreesboro because I imagined the same with Nashville. I did not even want to be in the same county. I know Murfreesboro has been growing a lot too hopefully not the same way as Nashville....

 

I lived all over both coasts while I was in the Navy. My last 20 years of service, I vacationed in Greenback and Teleco. When I retired from the military, both the wife and I agreed that we were moving to East TN, put our kids through college here and building one final house. I now have 88 acres in Greenback, off the beaten path, and we have picked out the spot for our last house. I was born in upstate NY, but left at 18 and never looked back. TN is my home and I'm proud to tell people where I'm from.....even if I was not born here.

 

. Murfreesboro is one of the fastest growing cities in the country. Not to mention the traffic is worse than Nashville because of horrible city planning for growth. You couldn’t pay me to live in Murfreesboro

 

East Tennessee is my favorite part of the country. I have family in Telico and I’d love to move to East TN. That’s where my outdoor addictions are fulfilled camping and off roading. Not to mention riding my bikes out there. Unfortunately, we can’t move because we have a local established business. Maybe one day. Lol

 

yep.. it's brutal. Getting that way here too in Spring Hill but just on a smaller scale.

 

I miss all the country roads down there. We used to rip those roads 24/7 on our bikes. Now everywhere you look a new subdivision is going up and the cops are everywhere.

 

I've been in Sumner County for 31 years and its starting to get the same way here. If you want to see God's country, check out Trousdale County. Its like time stood still.

 

The Tellico/Citico Creek area is my favorite place to go camping or exploring. So many great F.S roads to drive.

This is one of the biggest problems with our country right now. Politics has become a team sport for way too many people. Everyone convinced their "team" is right when the reality is that both are horrible.

 

That’s why I wasn’t party specific. I just said not to vote for the same bullshit that has so many running away from Cali.

 

I'm voting for the one that is pro-God, pro-life, pro-gun, pro-constitution, pro-freedom, supports our military, law enforcement officers, fire fighters, and first responders. There's always debate when this subject is up, but we're all people, brothers and sisters, and Americans. Be proud and respect it.

Anybody have a bed side cubby door for the big one on the driver's side? I dont have mine. For a 2nd Gen but 3rd gen might be the same? If you got one you can part with, PM me. I'll buy it off ya or maybe I have something you need..
