Also big shoutout to @geekhouse23 for helping me swap out my tire with my spare at 6 AM because mine was low.

Yeah that’s what we said. We made the discovery right after I said “too bad it’s not a Honda from the 90’s and we could just use any key to open it”.

I would have assumed that the other 2nd gen in the lot would have had a key that might work in the door, or the 3rd gen. Not a different model from a different year range.

How was the sand? It’s been super soft and thick in Corolla this year.

No pics because I was in a hurry but Friday night I replaced my 2 year old brakes that weren't bad at all besides the pulsing from the disks with power stop brakes. They are very nice! I tried to grease my SPC UCA's last week due to the super annoying squeaking coming from them. It worked for a couple days but now its back and worse. Anyone know how to get them grease? I put high molly on the bolt and washers. I couldn't figure out if I am able to that the center out or if its pressed in.

Treated my Black Trail Team wheels. Try and do this at least twice per year.

Drove it ... to my new job.
All I did today was straighten out a tool/parts room.
Tomorrow I'll help assemble a gearbox for a ski lift at Powder Mountain (Utah).

That happens among several makes of cars. My brother had a Nissan, and one I was in the parking garage at school and I unlocked around four cars at once. It's pretty scary, actually.

Once Toyota keys wear out, you can unlock/start multiple Toyotas (non-immobilizer).

One reason why I bought a new lock and key set for my truck.

Over the weekend I installed a Boss Elite head unit and some Rockford Fosgate speakers. The stock speakers are so light I don't think you could use them as paper weights. System sounds a lot better now.IMG_20210802_165256779_HDR.jpg

I also added a USB port under the climate controls for the android auto hook up.

I've always preferred cold weather camping.. no bugs/mosquitoes. More reason to sit around the fire and talk shit. Easier to get warm at night than it is to cool off.

The key is just having the right gear methinks.

Got a new set of Cooper Evolution MT's and some DX4 Recon's on today and couldn't resist but to take them out and try 'em in the mud. Love everything about them, the look, the feel, the size upgrade, all of it <3
