Maybe they overinflated the tires or something as the Off Road has the softest ride in the entire lineup.

My buddy had a 1st Gen EXP when we were in high school, never saw another one like it since.

You are incorrect grandpa. You are likely comparing correctly inflated Michelins on your Limited, to grossly over inflated tires on the OR you tested.

    The OR suspension is softer.

A Limited would be a downgrade compared to my OR.

I'm like 6 of 8 items (don't drink and the dog died). I'm also just a few years from Social Security which will pay for any truck I want. Is there an OR with the chrome package???

It would be awesome if they used the Limited to test new features over the years. Small things to get proper feedback that could trickle down into the other models. For instance, an upgraded tailgate with either step or multifunction built in would be worth it over an OR or sport instead of some chrome bits.

They could even try and put disc brakes on the back of a Limited for the added cost.

Hickory Interior. I'm actually looking for one to tear the interior out of and convert mine to it.

The Limited is probably one of the least sold Trim Level Tacoma's sold so that really makes it difficult to justify different pieces or parts unless they are shared with other models.

Which is weird, because at my dealership we sell almost exclusively limited and pro 4 runners. Tacomas are the exact opposite. Must just be a different market.

That's exactly why the Limited is the place to experiment with features. What if the Limited came with a power seat in 2016? I bet there would be a lot more of them driving around. Toyota has probably sold more Tacoma Limited's this year than the Supra and 86 combine. So should Toyota stop making sports cars?

Toyota probably spent more money to produce those coolers in the trail edition than it would take build more useful features that "could" eventually be shared with other trims.

I love brown interiors. So much. The 1794 Tundra is one of my favs.

For sure. I'd have loved a 1794 Tundra, but I just don't want a tundra that big. Hickory leather on the inside of an Access Cab would turn heads.
