Plenty…? But I’m guessing the OP isn’t looking for a run of the mill facility?

I think sometimes it even depends on RPM at the time you set it.

Were you talking about for me or someone else? I’m not getting new rims unless somebody else is paying for them!

I can live with the stick steelies for a few more years in the interest of being able to put 20% down on a house!

Hopefully housing costs don't get any crazier until then.

I hope you are right, also hoping lumber prices come back down to a reasonable amount again too.

This is a 1994 Hummer that I saw at a car show in Doylestown on July 18th, 2021; I had the opportunity to chat with the owner and I learned something about Hummers that I never knew (scroll down)...

Everybody knows that the Humvee was never intended to be a civilian vehicle, and I knew that military versions did not have A/C, but what I did not know was that the engine (at least in pre-2006 models) was never intended to have A/C; Why? Because the engine is designed to run at ridiculously low RPMs, and even at highway speeds the engine does not typically run at a high enough RPM for the A/C compressor to work properly...

This 1994 Hummer did have A/C, but the owner ripped it out because all it really did was use horsepower and make the already lousy fuel economy even worse; I have sat in a Hummer H1 before, but I've never ridden in one and I've certainly never experienced the A/C performance. My guess would be that the A/C does work and keeps the occupants from dying when it's really hot out , but that the A/C would not be up to par with the A/C in a more mainstream SUV like a Chevy Suburban or a Ford Expedition. The owner of this beast basically stated that the A/C in any Hummer that has the original 6.2L or 6.5L engine (as opposed to the Duramax used in the final year 2006-only "Alpha" model) would not cool the vehicle very efficiently. The owner did tell me, however, that the heat in his Hummer works incredible!

Also likely not helping matters in 1994-2005 Hummer H1s is that they switched from R-12 to R134a for 1994, which reduced the cold factor (in layperson's terms) of the A/C...

Here are some pictures of the cockpit; One thing you will immediately notice is that the HVAC control is from a 1988-1994 Chevy truck. 1992-1993 civilian Hummers had different HVAC controls and, as stated above, used R-12...

The owner of this Hummer stated that he had the engine rebuilt, and this is when I learned another fact about Hummers that I hadn't previously known; I always thought that 6.5L diesel used in Hummers was the same Detroit Diesel engine used in Chevy and GM trucks beginning in 1992! Turns out that this is not the case, and prior to 2006 all Hummers had an AM General engine that just happened to have the same displacement; I am pretty sure that the woefully underpowered 6.2L Diesel V8 used prior to 1994 was the same Detroit Diesel unit used in 1982-1993 GM trucks...

Contrary to popular belief, the coveted CTIS (Central Tire Inflation System) was an extra-cost option, at least on civilian Hummers; This example, however, does have it!

I brought Porter to this show since it was actually nice out and not particularly hot, and two things got added to the "Things Porter is absolutely terrified of" list; The first thing was bagpipes (see quoted post), and the second was a Hummer's diesel engine being revved...

The owner of the 1994 Hummer started the engine and revved it for some of the spectators, my poor dog was absolutely mortified, and I felt really bad; The exhaust pipe can be seen just above the license plate in the third picture!
