Not bad for a days work... LCA pivots, slide rack, upper arm double shear, spindle gussets, spindle double shear, air bumps installed along with a fresh coat of steelit. Final assembly tomorrow morning and then back to paradise where it’s 73 degrees with no humidity:)

Nice! The passenger bumpstop bolt rusted and broke off on mine with no luck getting the bolt out, so I'm considering going with airbumps. Who'd you get your mount through? Or was it part of something else?

I don't jump my truck, so it'll likely be overkill but oh well

Those are not King bump cans....they dont use the pinch type. Probably Fox is my guess.

@EatSleepTacos it was you that made some splash guards that fit around the UCA gussets, right? I’ve been scrolling around trying to figure out where I saw it…

I made some out of toolbox liner. They were meh. I bought some one piece ones from an actual company and am waiting on their arrival. I’ll conservatively trim as needed for the gusset if I need to.

Material was just a bit too flimsy for my liking. And I didn’t feel like cutting out a second one.

Gotcha. I’m losing motivation to be creative right here at the end of the install. Was hoping you had the print ready PDF template :rofl:

    Whole lotta stuff
I got some from a member on here. He has a thread in the 2nd gen FS section and he has an online store. The wait times can be long, or at least that was my experience (I've seen it varies), but the quality is there. Myself and @Tango Bravo are running them, you have to select a 1" body lift and specify that you have UCA gussets if you order them for LT applications.

There is some crazy Canadian that did that and has what material to use for best results and templates.

I forget the brand I have but they were originally made on here by a member that now has a company for them really high quality stuff.
Yeah I 2nd these I have them as well and they are awesome! first to the market ahead of Ark

I’m in the Sylacauga area. I’ll keep a look out if I’m up your way. Do you guys set up wheeling trips in the area? I glanced at your website, but didn’t dig in deep.
