Did you buy them from the dealership or online? I’m wondering if I have too much lift on the front of my truck. My boots keep breaking right next to the crimp on the shaft.

Online, there’s a Lexus dealer in Florida that does pricing like McGeorge does for the Lexus specific parts. The 460 boots have more ribs so they flex a bit better.

It was nearly 30 miles outside of town, more like 40 from where I live. Looks like some white drug dealer shit gone wrong.

Besides, you want my power bill and you know it.

my power bill is down by $100 a month thanks to two brand new air conditioners. Went from janky ass 20y/o energy hog units to two new Seer 16’s :D

Growing up I learned, turn the lights off, close the front door, and close the damn fridge door(!), turn the water off, and all that. It has killed me that no one else in this house ever learned those same lessons, despite my efforts. We used to have 200-300 dollar power bills...

We're going to need a new unit in the next 2 or 3 years. Not looking forward to that. Current unit is still using freon.

Damn my last power bill was $300. But I live in a 70 year old house. They breath well but obviously lack the insulation of a newer home. And gotta keep it cold in the summer!

My GF wants to keep it on 71. I start getting cold. :D Sometimes I'll bump it up to 72. Then it goes down to about 65 at night.

We do 74 during the day and 72 at night during the summer. Sitting in front of a computer all day I get cold, and can't always get up to move around and get the blood flowing again.

Even set at 72, though, the bedroom/office will get down to 68-69 degrees during the night, probably because it is on a concrete slab that used to be a carport.

That's the "joy" of an old house, have to keep the temps lower to cool the house. The ac unit is right outside the bedroom so it's the coldest room in the house. I can't sleep warm. :rofl:Then the bathroom attached to that bedroom is very small. Just big enough for a sink, toilet and a shower. So as I'm taking care of my morning constitutional, it gets COLD in that bathroom with the vent directly in front of me.
