I remember the days of seeing the first DVD images and the first 4k TVs in stores. It was like going from B&W to color. The 4k sets looked like lighted signs.

Also, most folks will get an even better image without my flush mount reverse light in the picture.

Now you just need a washer mod. I could use it about every time I drive

Killed some squeaks and clanks with Energy Suspension's universal urethane bushings. Be sure to retorque them after some miles.

At 53k, the stock suspension was more than done with life.

Yukon Clamshell Bushing, Bilstein 5100s (4th Circlip left / 3rd Circlip right / +4in rears on the way), Icon RXT Option 1 Leaf Packs, and Carrier Bearing Drop Shims (Thanks, @Bertw192 !) are mostly done. The alignment from Omni Brake and Alignment in Totem Lake really completes it all.

@memario1214 at HotshotOffroad.com was a great help through this kinda-unusual-for-TW setup. Hahahaha!

    Original Numbers with 3/4 tank:
    LF: 20 5/8in RF: 20 7/8in
    LR: 20 7/8in RR: 21 3/8in

After fronts with 3/4 tank and new front body mounts:
    LF: 22 1/8in RF: 21 7/8in
    LR: 23 5/8in RR: 23 1/4in

    IMG_20210629_182020_01.jpg

Plus 2.75in of droop over Stock:

Just waiting on the rears to get out in the dirt:

I would recommend NOT following Icon's RXT instructions and keep the parking brake guide. Ream it, slap it on here, and tweak it with channellocks to follow the brake line angle:

Taylor was kind enough to ship me a third one that I have been meaning to put in our Mazda. Gotta get around to that.

Shaving down the ridge on the console is the worst part of the whole deal.

But then, I still have your accumulator on the shelf. I really want to get that in this week. Hahaha!

BTW, ready for a laugh? The Pakayak handle fabric was starting to pull away. I attacked it with very questionable sewing skills. I think a blind person could have sewn them on more straight than that.:rofl:

Feel more taut though. We'll see how it lasts.

This was a journey, but I think we got it right! We shall find out soon when those rears show up!
Also... I am no seamstress but... those are some VERY suspect stitching skills

The current world wide supply line issues certainly helped in an odd way. Piecing it together was an advantage.

Out on the road, it feels exactly like what I was targeting.

    Spot on assessment. :headbang:

I was just happy that our machine was shoving the needle through.

That is what my wife wanted me to do, but I have seen others post about the problem, so it would likely have bitten me again.

    I'm a bit behind.

    Added:

-- Finally got a matching sized spare tire. Thanks again, @Bertw192 !
Mounting it at home was fun with my setup. It identified some weaknesses. Hahaha!

-- @MESO DC Map and Dome Lights that are just wonderful day and esp night.

-- Front camera is gone. Got moisture in and I'm deciding what I want to do there.

-- Redo on the Softopper lighting due to damage.
Used black shrink fit tubing on the Softopper frame and clear shrink fit tubing to mount the LED strip. No more zip tie bumps.

-- Modded one of the DeWalt boxes better fit my Viair and DMM.
