All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
If you could have one? Can’t wait to hear this...

I like the one bottom row, 2nd from the left.

    What haven’t I changed?
How do you like the SPK sharks? It looks like a fun lil fixie and I’ve been wanting to try one, but I’m worried the handle might feel too small

Oh man. It might be the Protech SBR, just because it serves more as my multipurpose knife. Great cutting edge with the s35vn, hefty compact blade. This model has the knurled handles for great grip. It's inbetween not too light and not too heavy.

The runner up that gets way more usage would be the rex45 pm2, rex45 shaman and lc200 spk shark.

The one you chose is the 940 m390 reblade by TransparentKnives. It's a great amazing slicer yet at -9 thou bte. I'm wary on what task it takes on.

It's quite comfortable in the hands. I haven't had a chance to use the Vanax yet. But I'm most definitely love the lc200. Sharks slices so smooth

    This one is Cruwear

After house cleaning, no better time than to photo most of the collection.

I always enjoy a collection...it’s fun to look at the whole lot and see what my eye gets drawn to first.

I like the little guy 2nd from the top left, standing vertical. Looks to be a SpyderCo in black with a Jade handle.
I like everything about that one. I usually get drawn to a knife by its grip first. Looks comfy.

You mean the Smock? If so, I’m liking it though I’ve only had it 24hrs. So far, it’s pretty smooth and feels good though I haven’t really used it yet. The TiCN coating is freaking sweet, and hopefully it holds up well!

So far I usually am carrying any of these. My favorite user is by far the Native 5. IMO it’s perfect at everything.

The smock is cool, but I was referring to the little guy to the right of the smock. Same color ;)

That little one, bottom center. Love the belly on that blade. Nice slicer!

Oh, the lil’ Native! Yeah right now it’s probably my second favorite. About to install some Copper Scales cause I like the feeling of a heavier small knife.

Edited : yeah, it’s been in my coin pocket ever since I received it. Very useful, it’s also Jester in 20cv!!!!

Is there a certain steel you favor?

Wish I had more of each steel (and using time), though I’m leaning towards Spyderco in regards to their heat treating is more consistent with m4 then Benchmade is with it’s s30v. These are the two steels I have the most of, and Spyderco’s m4 all sharpens the same yet Benchmade’s s30v is random. Might be just my luck, I really don’t know!

Can’t really say what’s my favorite. I’m probably most impressed with rex45 and all my m4s. Though I’ve probably used the m390 para2 the most of all. Chipped it a few times, put about eight edges on it, and it just keeps ending up as my go to knife.

As with most of my edc’s, I’m not the original owner, and that was the case with my rex45 native 5. I’ve yet to re sharpen it cause it just takes a strop and feels great again.

    Tough call.

i dont get how some like the patina look on on laminate steel its not rust but make it look like rust. so buy a nice blade and make it look rusted on purpose? steel newbie here...maybe more expense steel changes color/higher maintenance.

does the color change lower half make it look cool?
