here’s the injection plate i have been working on today. Also got the pump mounted and plumbing started. Need longer bolts for the TB and then there is wiring too. I haven’t gotten the pump hooked up to test the spray pattern, but I think this should work decently. I hit the edges with a dremel to knock them down some. Might do it a little more yet

Anyone interested in a urd intake with meth nozzle adapter welded in? I got a new intake and dont need it. Pretty new intake shortened 1” for 76mm throttle body adapter. Comes with maf extension harness.

Throttle body spacer/injection plate installed, and got the controller mounted in the coin tray. Wiring up the pump & solenoid power/ground and then it’ll be all wrapped up.

Has anyone set up their stage 3 controller to run a second stage of water meth? Looking at the Sno-310 instructions, it looks like the green wire is used to control the second stage, but it doesn't mention if that is the power to the solenoid? It says to reference the solenoid 40060 instructions and those didn't help much either regarding a dual stage system.

Alright boys, wonder if any of the bright minds in here have a solid solution to this issue. I have a stage 3 meth controller from snow that I'm looking to run in my truck. (PN#50115 Tow Max, it's off a diesel) It has the option to run with the EGT sensor off so that is an easy bypass. My issue is the tubing for the boost reference. The controller has small 1/8" tubing running out of it, and I need to connect that to a "boost source". Where and how would you reccomend this?

Also, I'll need to buy a new nozzle. What number would y'all recommend?

For boost reference it sounds like you'll need an adapter from the 1/4" nipple on the top of the supercharger down to the 1/8" tube. Something like this...
    dvs.jpg

For nozzles, I'd recommend the AEM V3. I've had it in my truck for a while, you can swap out internals for 250, 500, and 1000cc/min. I have the 500cc/min in there now and based on the fluid consumption I think it's significantly more than 500cc/min flow, so I would bet the 500cc/min rating is for injection into positive manifold pressure.

AEM V3... solid looking. Where did you tap into for that? I unfortunately have a plastic air intake tube, so I'm thinking a TB spacer might be the way to go. @BassAckwards how did that homemade TB spacer turn out?

I'm tapped into the URD intake right before the throttle body. If you go with the spacer then you'll need a solenoid, otherwise you'll suck fluid into the intake when the manifold is in vacuum. I think guys like @BassAckwards and @White lightning boosted have had success using a solenoid.

I have the snow performance solenoid so that should fix that issue.

A lot of us have tapped into plastic intake tubes. My jet adaptors are tapped into the plastic with E6000 glue for sealant and then the nozzles thread into them.

it turned out good and I ran it that way for a month or so but ultimately ended up buying a silicone coupler to put the nozzle before the TB so I could get rid of the solenoid and simplify things. I figured one less thing to fail is a good thing

    here’s with the TB spacer

    And here’s the silicone coupler.

until.... you do a dual spray at differing locations.

It seems that this would make the simplest install. No need to fab a spacer, no need for a solenoid.
@BassAckwards love that idea. I already have a rubber boot between my intake and TB. I'm liking the options I have.

i already have a tb spacer for the 76mm tundra. just thought a fitting in it would be most.....fitting:)
