    Hey all,

Looking for a set of OEM 2012+ headlights if anyone has any takeoffs? Hazy is OK as I would be up for restoring if necessary. My son wants to upgrade his 2008 and is getting a free hood, trying to keep the cost down...

I am in Westford MA, let me know what you have. Perfect is ok too...

    Thanks!

You're not taking any time in between? Highly, STRONGLY advise at least a week. I'm taking two. The thing is, even when you take vacations you never feel fully detached, you are always thinking about emails and what's going on with work... This 2 weeks might be the last time in my working career that I can actually not worry about a single thing with a job.

WELLLLLL.....we're waiting!!!!! want to see it built!

Agreed. But health insurance etc might be a hinderance.

My next gig I'm going to look for will be work from home and remote capabilities for sure. Take off to Florida for 2 weeks middle of February and kip up in the truck somewhere and get online and do work for a few hours and then hit the beach. Looking forward to that for sure. Plus long road trip capabilities!

Ditch lights in the mail. Bought a CH4x4 switch but might pawn that off and do a on/off/on switch instead and have the option to tie them into the high beams.

I'm actually not taking any time off in between. But... I'm starting on Monday, working a week, then I have a week off that was previously scheduled with my current company and I worked it into the deal with the new company. It's a long camping trip and I'd imagine will be relaxing (thinking I won't be really roped into too much with the new company by then and will be 2 weeks removed from the old company). So, I agree people should take time off in between, but there's a method to my madness, hopefully I don't regret it...
Sorry, I got too excited and went out for a ride. Fought me a little bit, had to resort to YouTube for parts of it (there weren't any instructions on setting up the suspension). Took it right out the front door and rode it right down the front concrete stairs. The suspension is night and day different from the old Mongoose in a very good way. Geometry is going to take some getting used to, the slack head angle is very different and the really wide bars will take some getting used to but it rides and handles very smooth. Suspension is dialed in, got the sag set at 25% for now and I'll tweak as needed. I'll get an assembled picture posted up tonight when I get home, I completely forgot last night!

    Cool beans!

Yeah I went from a BMX to a 26 HT to a 27.5 full squish. I ride that, and a road bike, and still have the BMX, it's weird going back and forth. Modern bikes are traildozers, slack HT angle and 29 inch wheels, just rolls over everything. I like the smaller 27.5, feels tighter like the old BMX. I actually liked the 26 HT too, was looking for a 27.5 HT but a full squish landed in my lap, hard to look a gift horse in the mouth at that point. For the price point I'm at, might as well try it and figure out what I like long term.

Not OEM but I have an aftermarket set I'd part with cheaply, check My Photos. They're not the original look but I'm just trying to move em as I have too many projects etc

I saw this on FB and I see it on the pike all the time.
It got me laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes.

Lol the pike is bad for that. I take 495 a lot and there’s hardly any troopers. I go 70 and get my doors blown off most times.

    Sexy. Planning a dropper post?

PS your front brake line is a little dangly  I love how bikes come with fancy clips but everyone ends up with zip ties within like 2 months.

    love the colors.

It has a dropper already, seats just down. And yes, I need to get my lines in order. Packing tape and zip ties FTW! I also put on some Lamin X on the down tube to help save the paint.

Nice nice..still think you shoulda gone with pink like I did.

Zip ties are the way to go for sure. My Preddy has cable guides that you really have no choice but to use, at least for the rears. The front cable is a pain in the wang to change but the fork routing keeping it off the tire is worth every bit of the hassle.
