Sprayed some Herbicide this morning on part of the yard. Celsius WG. Trying to kill the Dallisgrass. In 2 days it will be a full 2 inches above the real grass. I've got patches that will fill up the Honda push mower in 20 feet. Gotta kill it off.

I think i consume close to 550 a day which is not recommended lol. About 150 in the morning with coffee then about 50 ish or so with the one soda i drink. Then 350 in my preworkout.

I go through phases and become pretty much immune at times. I have gotten to a point where I had to double scoop a pre workout that had 400 mg of caffeine per scoop to get the full effect. I don’t really use pre workout much anymore, just intra workout.

even with all that, my resting heart rate is still in the low to mid 40s.

Damn that's alot, , Im same way i barely get any effect from my pre now. I really need to take a break from it but by the time i get off work im pretty tired that if i didn't take it my workouts would be horrible. Really the preworkout only thing right now that's helping me even get to the gym lol.

Dude i know what your saying. Back when i was a fitness junky my resting HR was around 40 and then when i was deeply relaxed it would fall into the 20's. Almost got too low. I have a fitbit that i monitor it with. Mines in the 60's now but im also 30ish pounds heavier and eat like shit compared to how i use to eat lol.
