ya thinking of selling off armor to make the truck lighter to try and keep it around.... its gotten heavy to a point where im just not happy with it anymore to use it as a truck (besides its other issues). doubt id sell my rear bumper since i know its strong and works well with towing i dont know how a tube bumper rear would work when towing.

It solves the "not enough power" issue by adding torque multiplier value

I feel you there tbh. I feel like a lot of people over-build their Tacomas. As great as they look, I also don't live on a fucking mountain pass, ya know? Lol.

You know I'm into utility more than looks

ya i got into it and started having fun and breaking things which lead me to the full plate bumper and i like the bumper it looks cool and has taken a lot of abuse but anymore i just look at it and go damn i went a bit overboard with this... so now im kinda going backwards i guess. id rather have spent all that money i spent on armor on suspension tbh so i could have a really nice setup

    also lame!

I wouldn't say you're going backwards. I would call it refining imo. Just do what you think is best, it's your truck anyway so you have the last word on what you want to do. Plus you seem more into overlanding and maybe some light/medium wheeling. Everyone's truck has a specific purpose that suits their needs

ya basically lol i started out doing light stuff like very light then started getting into harder stuff when following the midwest krawlers and i had a blast so no regrets on that part i meet a lot of people and got to do some fun stuff and really push my truck a lot but ive damaged a lot of things and im at the point of eh id rather just go explore and do some have some fun

lol its just an idea im wanting something light weight and tube design and this is exactly that but the cost of shipping kinda sucks and the cost of the bumper is higher for just a tube bumper
