Oh I know, and I won't mind a bit!

what does that thing weight? not sure I want to strap that to my pack and walk around the mountains with that thing!

 

Maybe I should make the switch sooner than planned. I'm thinking (hopefully) 5-7 more years.

Our hunting style is completely different than yours; I rarely walk over a mile to a spot, generally much less. Dennis hunts private so I'm guessing most of his stands are within a few hundred yards of the truck.

 

Arthritis has sold alot of crossbows.

 

I have many stand setups and paths or roads to all of them. My longest walk might be a half mile.

 

I'll take the lowest one you have!!

 

I don’t have any low ones, but I do have 4 pop ups.

Yup muuuch different! a 6 or 7 mile day would be an easy hike for me

 

I put up a new setup yesterday for this guy.

 

And it's flat here.
Which makes my fat lazy ass smile.

 

I’ll weigh it when we get home from vacation.
