I like this! I have to repaint my hood, I might go ahead and install a set of these at that time.

    This ^^

They are both short and like to have midgets fights online with each other. But we get along like good, yet dysfunctional, brothers.

Nothing like midget wrestling to liven up the show.

I thought devil horns have carde blanche, especially on a 5th gen in a Tacoma World forum.

Things with my 4runner are currently on hold for a bit while I work on getting a new daily driver. Need something to drive so I can do more extensive things like gears/lockers and suspension related work.

4Runner got a brother from another mother this weekend. Picked the car up on Tuesday. Needs a little work but it drives good. Waiting to get some stuff done before I make it my daily driver.

2006 Subaru Impreza WRX STi. Originally wanted the wagon but decided I really didn't want to do a full STi swap so went for the real thing right off the bat.

Home and in the garage with the 4Runner.

Mounted the WRX wing it came with right away. The silver is paint so the hood and trunk are getting wrapped to match the WR blue and the roof is getting black. The stupid tow hook is already in the trash too.

Start working on it this weekend. Yellow tint shit is coming off, new wheels and tires are already on order. Going to see what I can do to fix that stupid camber as well.

Motor runs good, just over 109,100 on it now. Have compression and leakdown testers on order. Driver side valve cover is leaking, already have the gaskets for that. Most of the rubber hoses are rock hard so they will also get replaced. Along with a good cleaning underhood of all the things.

Will probably make a build thread for it in the "Other Builds" forum.

It's related to Toyota. Kinda. At least some of the new ones are anyhow.

I have had two Subby's, and I will never own another. I'm stuck with my Fozzy, but when it's gone, that's it.
I hope you have better luck than I have had with them.

Time will tell. I'm well aware of the issues with the motors, so know what I'm getting myself into. I specifically went with the STi for the 6 speed trans, which is very stout. The motor issues are solvable too.

Make me an adapter plate and I might consider a 2GRE swap. Just needs to mate up to the Subaru 6 speed.

If/when I need a new short block, I'll probably get a closed deck one. Solves a lot of the issues.
