    Just got back home from another trip out to Gallatin Tn . It's only 30 miles roundtrip but the freeways are some much nicer the Calif . This hwy or state route 386 is also called the Vietnam Veterans memorial hwy

    Every half mile on this hwy is dedicated to a Vietnam Veteran from the local area . It has a memorial plaque with the Veterans name / branch of service and US flag at ea half mile marker

    Tennessee really appreciates its Veterans and have found out this first hand with many thanking me for my service

    The job was good most of the time. Co-workers are great. I ran a pretty informal division for the most part. They all knew my quirks and the way I ultimately wanted things to go. How they got there I left up to them. There was also a lot of joking around, you better have tough skin, that applied to all ranks within reason.
