The whole world is upside down. Nothing makes sense anymore, people would rather not work so that creates labor shortage then that fuels inflation then adds to ....... I hope it's all temporary and we get back to normal soon. And I hope we all get raises.

I definitely agree things are crazy right now. We have guys that are leaving and taking minor pay cuts to work at entry level jobs. So half the employees are complaining that they don’t make enough, while others are leaving to make less money and have better work hours.
I sometimes think, are we going to fondly look back on these times and wish things were simple like they are today. If so, it scares the hell out of me to imagine what will be so bad in the future that it makes what’s happening today look good.

I don’t know that I would be qualified for that type of work. I currently work as a field service tech in the banking/cash automation industry. Basically if it’s something that cash runs through in the banking or retail environment, I’ve probably worked on it or something close to it.

The glass company still hasnt amounted to much. I'm probably gonna put in a application for eat clean bro. My brother in law is a driver for them they start off at 19hr. And only work 4days a week. With full benefits. I honestly cant hold off any longer Bill's come in and need the money to pay them. It sucks wish the glass company would work out but it hasnt so far. I'm lucky if I get 1 to 2 jobs a week and that doesnt cut it.

Man, I am so sorry to hear this. I think making the glass business part time is definitely the way to go till things pick up. Don’t let go of your dream.

Starting out is really tough. Turns out even dreams have a high up front cost.

As long as you can keep at it even part time to get your name out there, build your reputation, make connections and keep you skills sharp is better than quitting.

There are few things more bitter in life than looking back and saying "I could have, I should have, I would have". Give it all you can Matt.

It certainly been a while huh? Good to hear from you guys. Still have the Pro. Got the 6112/5160 and RXT leafs on. Want to find a cap that’ll fit my truck! Also prinsu rack and light bar. Soon enough. Anyway, hope everyone is doing alright and kicking ass.

I hear this! I have been trying to hire help for almost 3 months and coming up empty. With everything else skyrocketing, salaries for new hires are too. I think a lot of companies are going to have to reset their salary levels or people are going to start jumping around.

If you guys know anyone who knows batteries, power transmission or data centers and likes to travel, let me know
