If it's anything like that pic, it'll be badass........well.....depending on drivetrain. I test drove a 2012 Tundra crewmax 3 days before I bought my Tacoma. I felt like such a midget in that truck

 

Thats the official vehicle from toyota. But it is the TRD pro model. Its going to have a 3.5 twin turbo v6 with closer to 500hp according to a couple of toyota experts. That will be the higher option and they will also have a lower engine option closer to 400hp. either 8/9 speed automatic trans

 

Ah, I thought that was a speculation. 400hp doesn't sound bad at all. Not that I've ever been concerned, but have you seen any MPG numbers? I would think they'll have to compete with the big 3.

No numbers yet but it will have to be good to compete i guess somewhere in the 23-25 range combined. Man i really want a full size to lug my truck around and really just to have a full size overlandish rig. Id love to build a small trailer and pull that, just turn my tacoma into a full time trail rig

 

I bet the Pro will be 75K or more

yea hopefully will have about 20k to put towards it at the time of purchase that way i can afford the financing lol

 

Hopefully they'll go completely against all other Toyota trucks/SUVs and get real cheap on the used market
