Decided to use both rear wheels from the go kart for the mini bike.
I can easily source new tires for them, larger diameter, keeps both wheels the same size and better tread design.
If I do that, it'll allow me to redesign the go kart rear axle to a live axle and get power to both wheels, and It'll need different wheels anyway.

 

The rear end will be a bit wider than a typical setup, most bikes have the ring gear pretty tight to the wheel, mine is spaced away a bit because home made. So i have to make a spacer for the other side to center the wheel.
Most are at 7 1/4" in width, mine will be at 9".

There will be no suspension, just variable tire pressure and a cushy seat.

 

Cheers man, it's been rough but he's happy out and you'd swear nothing is wrong with him. As it should be.

 

Anyone know if any toyota accessory shops in CO have hidden behind the grill light bar mount for 4runners?
