Does anybody have the wiring diagrams for a 2016 taco smart key push button start and keyless entry that shows the transponder for it?

If it exists, you should be able to find it in the online Service Manual linked in my signature.

In general if I am not mistaken, the transponder is on the board of the fob and there is some NFC function in the PTS button as a fob with a dead battery can be touched there to start the Taco.

He posted the antenna for it at one point. I wish I had whatever subscription he has. Just to thumb through it and wrap my head around their circuit design

I believe it is an additional antenna in the shark fin. The radio and sat radio are flat ones on the bottom. The Connected Services is in the fin itself. That one guy that broke his and it was like a $1,200 part.

The problem is that unplugging it has the potential to burn out the transmission circuits and take something important with it.
