That’s things got a bit of an identity issue. What exactly is it’s purpose supposed to be?

I can honestly forgive most anything on that vehicle minus the 4 renegade stickers on each side; 3 of which less than 1 foot apart. Likewise for the Jeep stickers and American flags.

Well the guy won't have a shortage of road rage lights.

I wanna see what happens the first time he tries to climb that ladder rack though.

They're like microchips in pets, it helps the car get back home if it ever wanders off to another country.

I like Renegades, I owned one. Bought one new, loved it. Then the engine died at 40k miles. Do some Googling, it's a thing for those engines. Warranty until 50k, sold it at 45k and bought a Tacoma. I drive too much to be worrying about my engine on a new vehicle.

Yes I put stickers on it. Also had Method 701s wrapped in Wildpeaks.

Meh. I’ve seen more egregious “trd” badging. I mean, we have a whole aftermarket dedicated to adding trd badges to fucking floor mats. We have replica pro badges for the side doors for sports and off roads, we have trd headrest covers, trd console covers and hood appliqués that say trd on them. Then people add trd badges to the grill and the tailgate. Tacoma people bagging on the bling and badging excesses of another car is the very definition of unaware.

Heck, when the op posted the pic first thing I thought is “Some poor third gen owner got tired of the dreaded oil filter canister, sold it, and found a new, more subtle canvas.”

I don’t put 4 billion TuRD stickers on my truck in particular so I don’t consider myself “unaware”. But yes there are Tacoma and other vehicle owners that do the same thing. And I still find it gaudy.
