I just opened an Ameritrade acct with $1000.
When I opened my acct balances, it shows $0.00
I did an ach transfer from my credit union. Will it show up eventually?

 

Yea, up to 5 days maybe?

 

ok. I thought I read that an ach pmt would be as short as 15 mins.

 

It could leave your acct that fast but yea, usually a few days before it’s in your account to trade.

 

Found something interesting. The ticker SPONF. Its a very small penny stock. They make alcoholic drinks. on July 19th they announced they will be selling in Costco. There was 0 price movement response to that. Costco is the number 1 nationwide in Alcohol sales. Might be one of those ones I spend 50 bucks and expect it to go to zero because penny stock.

 

Did you guys see that coin ACH pop? It was one of the one you dream of. Could’ve bought in on Monday for $0.004 and woke up Friday morning to $0.24. I would’ve been down with a quick $100 to $7,200 or $1,000 to $72,000 in a week.

 

@scottstrong89 have you seen these in your Costco yet? They announced they'd be selling in Costco but I didn't see a start date when I read the announcement.
As far as I can tell they are sold in packs of 12.

 

i forget how long mine took but it wasnt long maybe by monday. After my first deposit the next ones showed up available to trade right away even before the transfer cleared.

not that It means much but if you gave me 1k right now I'd be putting it in PLTR and PSFE. In no way is that a recommendation, just what I'd be doing.

I did find a semiconductors mutual fund that I'll be adding into over next couple months.
