Lowered 3/4, debadged, led tails, projector headlights with hids, billet grill, blacked out windows, painted front and rear bumper and grill shell. Inside, 4 crappy 15's, suede wrapped headliner and door panel inserts, alpine double din, few painted pieces inside, and every led is either blue or white.
Thanks man and I guess so haha.

I am either going to put duraglass over them and then glass it or cut out the problem areas and re glass it to make it smooth again. I'm not too sure yet. If I fill all the folds with glass I feel that would lead to more work in the finishing stages.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Yeah you can cut it out and re wrap it. You can also cut it out and use thick paper and just glass over the paper the fleece might be hard to redo in small spots.

I might use the paper idea. I was thinking about just cutting it and using tape on the back but paper would be more sturdy.

I ended up adding 4 layers of glass on the back of the side with the folded over fabric and then grinded it down smooth and duraglassed over it. On the other side I added duraglass over the wrinkles to smooth it out. Also I cut the dowel's and set in place for the vertical braces and I got the back of the molds duraglassed.

How many hours have you put into this build? Are you getting pretty close to completion?

I think I have worked on it 16 days so far and I usually don't do more than 4 hours a day so I would say maybe around 64 hours total. It's just a matter of doing the glass work, body work, build the trim panel, mount the amp and wire, and mount the subs and wire. So hopefully it will be finished in the next week or so.

Yup, I got some work done today. And thanks haha.

Layer number one of eight is down on the box, and I got the amp mounted and wired up underneath the seat.

No pictures, but I have been doing a lot of glass work lately. I will do an area maybe 5"x5" with 8-9 layers at a time and move on to a different area of the box. I'm hoping to finish glassing it tomorrow.

Yea I'm planning on painting it a metallic blue. I was originally going to match the color of the truck but I don't have enough of that paint left over from doing the front so I am just going to go with my favorite color and also respray the dash kit. should look good
