from stock. 2.5” is the max you want to go due to brake lines being stretched.

Bilstein 5100’s with ome 881 coils on lowest setting, JBA upper control arms, LCE header, 31x10.5x15 falken wildpeaks.
ah gotcha. So from stock I wonder how much the bilstein 5100’s with 880 coils on lowest setting lift the truck. That’s what I have now and stock rear with 5100’s in rear also

I believe the 5100s go up to 2.5 as well, just have to change the setting, but that means removing the coil over and resetting the bottom plate to a different line. There’s a tool you can get to help do it for cheap. In the meantime I would research the settings on the 5100s

and on the rear leafs, yours might be old. So some new stock weight leaf springs will help level it back up to match the front once you lift the front.

yeah I was told to not run the 5100’s with after market springs on any other setting but the lowest. That’s why I want new coilovers because I can’t lift those higher without replacing the coil. But to me it’s worth it to just change the whole assembly rather than take it all apart.

Nope. Separate the steering knuckle from the UCA, swap boots, reassemble and maybe add some grease. Done.

take it completely off the uca, it will be easier. There’s a zip tie already holding on the old boot hidden in there

So it just pulls off after the zip tie is gone?

Is there an option for boot replacement if you aren't the original owner?
