I'll remember for next time!

 

Just wondering if it is a quality generator? I got a 6250 from a neighbor for $30. They couldn't get it running. I spent about a half hour cleaning the carb and fixing the pull cord ( it was a shoe lace I replace it with P-cord). It fired rite up. Anything I should know about using it?

 

ALWAYS drain the fuel before long term storage.
Non E can stay for a couple of months though.

 

fortunately there was no gas in it when I got it. I put fresh gas in it today.

That particular version is a raw dog power curve... any sensitive electronics you have (smart TV, actual desktop ((laptops are fine)) or other smart devices) should NOT be plugged into it. Otherwise they're okay for the most part. 98% of the ones I fixed were either dirty carbs (from sitting with ethonalated fuel) or dirty brushes/commutator bars from not being run often enough.

During the off season,maybe once every 6 months, Fire it up and put a load on the electronics with something high amp but basic (like a circular saw or drill) that'll keep the generator portion from failing prematurely

 

I prefer to stop at the point where my eyes begin to water thank you very much

 

Been in the mood for some video games

 

well me and todd were having a blast playing BF1 last night.

I haven't played that game for a long time.

I've got 1-4 on Origins App Launcher.

 

Just launched Ubisoft as well as Origins to check my games; I hate that I can't move them all over to steam.

I mean I can with custom executables, but I think the other software runs with the game anyway -

 

Thankfully I spent time in boarding school that I know enough Russian swear words to get buy and in that same school the German exchange students taught me very casual German phrases...... comparing the two, that meme is accurate AF

 

Always wanted to learn Russian, instead I got stuck with a little bit of German and Arabic

 

Do you have Mario kart on switch?

 

I do, but it's boxed up as I was getting rid of it.

I've forced myself to play it really.

Don't get me wrong, games are fun on it but I much rather play my games on PC.

I gave away the PS4 over a year ago, and my Xbox One is in storage waiting for @BartMaster1234 to pick up, anxious for a Genesis again!

Then there's the Wii I found in my wife's storage; she wants me to dump it or just trade it for some old console games.

And the Switch I've had for 1 1/2 or so years, sitting in its factory box.

I always go back to PC in the end...
