Is it the range rovers or land rovers that or notorious for bad electrical stuff? I swear I can never keep them straight. I want to say range rovers...

I work there. I live north about 23 miles, no danger to myself or house. Just place of work.

Yeah the wind died down so hoping it doesn't make it there.

Hope it works out, and I know the feeling. Have family outside of Quincy CA and Taylorsville CA - all evacuated due to Dixie.

Least the wind died down. It's must have made it's way down to me. Getting good 30mph gusts.

Which is still a bit nerve wrecking as the garage is just rough framed and just hoping we put enough bracing up


Guess my wind speed guess is off...gusts are closer to 45-50mph.

 

Me too. Lot of equipment there that would suck to loose. And infrastructure and art. So much stuff..hope it doesn't come to that.

Wind is always hard to gauge. Always thought I was good at it until I did weed spraying and we had wind gauges with us to check wind for spraying. Lol

 

Vis is bad with this smoke. This is somewhere between Worland and SLC.

 

You guys have a busy weekend? I know the ER was pretty slammed all weekend with least a couple transfers out

 

Constant flights. Took a bunch out of Washakie, a few out of Riverton and Lander, just got back from a Gillette to Billings. Lots of really sick folks. Only this last one was Covid.

 

Well good and bad! I know the wife mentioned like three or four just from our ER that got sent out.

ER had 35+ patients in 36 hours. Which is alot for one doctor (and a lot in in general for the ER) Quite a few motorcycle related stuff but also been a ton more bikes out headed towards Sturgis

 

I’m not envious of them. They have been SLAMMED.

 

It's the sad thing of if you have one dr working it'll be busy. Add a second and it'll be dead lol.

 

Same story if you replace the word doctor with “aircraft.”

It’s been a lot over this last month. I came here for some peace and quiet. Lol.

 

The smoke is finally clearing up a little bit over Wyoming. Spectacular sunsets.
