@3pooches with full weight on them and 32psi 33-1/2". The earlier measurement had 45 psi straight from Wally world. Tires do have a rounded profile to them, vs the wildpeaks which were more square

Yesterday I think there was talk of DIY Splash Guards in here. Was at home depot and found this Shower Pan Liner stuff that looked like it would work well. Was thin and rubbery, yet thick enough it wouldn't get destroyed by rocks and such. I forgot to circle back and grab some after getting other stuff. I need to make something to cover my fog lights wiring since now its kinda exposed without the front of the liners, so I'll update on how that material works

Shower pan liner as a fender liner isn't new. Search in the LT forum (specifically the BS thread). There's been lots of discussion of fender liner materials. In here too if I'm remembering correctly.

Mine are about 1/2 inch taller than the coopers were. What's weird is I use to rub just a little with the coopers on the cab mount. Now I rub just a little on the fender well and it clears the cab mount. On road I no doubt love the klevers. Off road I feel they are just as good as the coopers except in sand. You really feel that skinny tire in sand.

Looking at that with the new bumper as well. Most of it tucked away, but a deflector to keep mud and such off the headlight wiring is something I'm thinking about.

I received my geartech liners last week that I oredered back in March. I haven't had time to do the install yet(or even opened the box:anonymous:)
And I'm still undecided how I'm going to attach them. You'd think while waiting for them for 5 months that I would've come up with something by now:facepalm:
I also got a new grille badge to replace the old one which had faded...same badge, but I also had decals made(qty. 25) of my avatar in red/black. Going to use one of them as a overlay for the badge

Mine are still in the box as well. I'm getting there.

For attachment I'm using what's already there. I don't know what's on the 2nd gens, but for mine there's stupid plastic inserts that a trim screw can be interested into. I'll make a template of the liners and make holes in the template where needed than transfer. Of course this is the plan in my head. Execution may be different. Per usual.

Yeah, I'm thinking of attaching them to the fenders only on the outer edge but make the edge stick out far enough to meet the inside of the flare. I trimmed my fenders just a little bit higher than my flares. So I'm thinking of bolting on L-shaped brackets to the fender edge. We'll see

true, thats something I need to do and evaluate. I'm sure they'll need chopped when its anywhere other that a perfect condition bench test, but I just think its funny to say I didn't have to chop em lol

Got my freshly Raptor-lined front fenders on yesterday. Installation was a little easier than I thought it'd be. Now I need to get going on the rest of the front end; which requires pulling the bumper. Then tailgate. Figure out what I'm doing about the bedsides. Then cab. Then done.

So far the Raptor liner has been easy to work with. I used their spray gun, too. It's basically Dave-proof. For the fenders, I applied self-etching primer, let it dry and then lined them. The liner dried to the touch within an hour or two. Fortunately, all my boo-boos were inside the fender and the outside came out pretty darn good. It was easy to apply and I did it outside in the driveway. 10/10 would Raptor line again.
