    It measures 4x2. I made the frame out of angle steel and then bought a piece of plywood cut to fit inside the frame.
    Wrapped the wood with some carpet. Welded some brackets on the frame to bolt up to factory seat bolt location

    No I don't.

    Because it moves it so far forward you'll then have the same issues just with the front side of the fender/bumper/whatever is in the way. So you'd end up centering the wheel about perfect and you'd still need to tub.

    Even with a 10'' wide tire you'll have to. Just won't be a wide a hole.

    with a BL you'd be probably okay to beat the fuck out of it with a BFH. Maybe. Not sure. I think you'd still have to cut down by the fire wall and outer part of the fender just a bit.

    I'd rather cut up the fender and whatever else than tub. I honestly need to just hack all the sheet metal from the firewall forward off and build my own frame. Finding cracks everywhere.

    I was looking at the Kenda Klever in a 35x10.5r17 I'll probably just stick with a 33x10.5r17. Mickey Thompson has a 255/85/17 that's peaked my interest also but it's on backorder.

    Yes that’s my setup, the BL doesn’t do much in the front really, if anything it helps more in the rear for tire clearance.
    I think with a narrow 35 with the right backspacing, the Solo arms might be enough to prevent you having to tub. You wouldn’t have much adjustability though, and yeah you’d have trim the front of the fenders and bumper, etc.

    Honestly I don’t know what the big deal with tubbing is, mine went very smoothly and has been 100% watertight. Probably stronger than the original firewall.

    I was cut off over the weekend and slammed on my brakes. Now the brakes feel spongy and the parking brake light is always on. Front brakes are less than a year old. Brakes felt fine prior to that. The he brake light being on just mean my rear brakes are bad and need to be changed?

    Parking/E-brake light can come on for two reasons typically. It is a low brake fluid indicator and also an indicator when the e-brake cable is engaged.

    One thing that nobody mentions about the solo arms that you should be aware of is that they limit your steering angle.
    With moving the LBJ forward, you're also moving the OTR mount point forward as well which limits the range of motion the tie rod can move since it has to reach further forward to turn the spindle.

    Not the worst thing, but I can see it getting kind of annoying in some situations on the trail.
    Also could be seen as a positive for keeping you away from full mechanical bind on the CV's. Not to mention possibly a smaller hole in the firewall if you're tubing for 35's.

    Put up on four jack stands, motor running, and put it in gear, then with 4wd. have someone on the outside listen for the squeak. just remember to brake after having the drivetrain rolling. I thought I had noise in passenger front, turned out to be in rear.
