Oh that's right forgot about that one...the one about the haunted hotel in LA was filmed partially at this creepy old Aztec themed hotel we have right here where I live. Supposedly it's really haunted. Been closed for years

I worked at McDonald's just outta high school, it was part time night shift and I had a full time job during the day. I got pissed off over jackasses ordering 20 mcdoubles at closing after I cleaned the grill. Manager was a friend of mine from high school and I told him "fuck this shit, I quit! I'm never coming back" he tried being a smartass and told me I'd have to come back to return my uniform..

In my infinite 18year old wisdom I said like hell I do! Stripped down to my underwear, put my balls on the edge of the grill and left to walk the 8 blocks home with no pants or shirt on.



I don't mention I ever worked there on any resume lol

Nowadays 20 Mcdoubles would be like $50 haha. I think McDonalds is starting to raise their prices out of their league. Last time I had a quarter-pounder meal it was like $9.00. Few bucks more and I can get a much better burger.

Guess thats what happens when you pay $15 an hour to flip burgers.

 

I went and took a test for school out at work the other day.
During the middle of the test someone knocks and starts opening the door, I hurry and tell them they can’t come in. I’m taking a recorded test, I didn’t want to get kicked out of the test.

Well the person opening the door ended up being one of the big bosses from Denver.

He ended up laughing about it, but I was kinda sick for a minute.

 

I just wanted basic crispy chicken sandwich the other day, no combo nothing else. $6 and change. Wtf.

Then on the value menu you could get 2 crispy chicken sandwiches for $3. Fast food pricing makes no sense sometimes

 

FYI some of the new smoke detectors that have built in batteries are one time use. After you trigger/turn off the alarm they are trash and cannot be rearmed.

Just a heads up before anyone else wastes money on one

 

What ones did you buy?

 

$7 and change for a bacon biscuit and a mocha the other day. Way better options less than a mile away for that price.
