    I was working at ASU west and I asked the Maint. guy that was taking me to where the work area was, " why do you have those ugly water nozzles dribbling water into this fountian? "
    They had some home depot type pvc 45s screwed on to the areators and running like a drinking fountian.
    He said one of the Proffessors was reading while walking and walked into the fountian!!!
    So the school decided to add these to make noise so they would not walk into the fountian anymore.
    This was way back in the day pre texting!!!!!!
