1.5-2" is what guys normally run - having the rear end a bit narrower isn't a bad thing usually.

@BrownMike I guess the ones I had seen on Dezert Rangers were parallel b/c they weren't stock replacements - they were custom with custom mounts that a guy had converted from bushings into heims, my bad. Yeah a jig wouldn't be too much work with the extra set of uppers you have to work from.

Stock cv’s I’m guessing. Was thinking the same thing. Heck I’m at 15” with the RCV’s and dk kit limited by the horizontal uniballs. Figure a vertical uniball kit with upgrades cv’s should be getting 15-16”

Will standard size lug nuts be too small? I'm running a set of wheels that had been used with 5/8 with standard size on the front and 9/16 rear.

I would think its the cv's as has be mentioned. With the 934 cv's you can cycle that kit 15.5-16" without bind. I'm limited to 15" before my UCA lays flat on the inner fender. I strapped and bumped mine just north of 14" with 35's.

How are you guys extending/relocating your ABS/e-locker wires coming off the top of the pumpkin with the additional travel?

The trucks with an e locker tend to have more slack and don't need extending, unless you get into some serious droop. For my plain jane SR5, I did need to extend the ABS wires. There are only 4 of them so I just cut and soldered in some extensions to lengthen it by a few inches.

Playing around with my new gopro and horizon leveling, which is basically a built in gimbal, to capture body roll with 500 lb coils on my +2.25 kit. The truck still feels planted since it's low and wide. Looking forward to capturing more clips offroad.

They are very easy to extended, unplug them above the axle first then simply cut and extend them. It is a sensitive system so I would suggest soldering, I used some 20/2 wire and it has held up for 10 years

I figured it was as simple enough as cutting and soldering for the elocker, just didnt know if ya'll did anything with the ABS wire since thats a much more finicky system.

At full droop the lines are very tight so im just trying to create some more slack

I would first start by seeing if you can bend the brackets at the top and bottom to give you what you need. Then get into cutting and soldering. Also ABS isn't as finnicky as you might think. One time I tore a front harness so I cut off the connectors, soldered in 14 gauge since that's what I had handy, and it's still going years later.

fyi - when you disconnect those wires and plug them back in your gauge cluster may be unresponsive at first, if that happens you just have to drive a couple miles for it to re learn and start working again.
