Was just curious on highway only with two red light and 55 mph for 20 miles after 3 readings got 20.3 mpg. Now I’m a retired trooper who spent 20 years going fast so I’m usually not in a hurry and I’m nearly 50. But still not a bad cruise for north GA mountains.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Partial tank MPGs is not as meaningful as whole tank MPG.
I can easily push my '21 TRD above 25 MPG under ideal conditions for a partial tank.
The miles between fill-ups divided by the gallons consumed is what really matters.
Mine is running between 18 to 21 MPG over the course of a full tank at 9K miles on the odo.
That's covering a variety of conditions (around town, back roads and interstate).

Would be helpful to see your fuel gauge for accuracy, anyone can turn out of a gas station and coast downhill then take a pic :notsure:

Yeah they could but it’s hard to coast down a hill when your going up most of them. I only did a 30 mile highway test and no, no speedometer guess you can take my word for it or move on.

CT Yankee so your getting about 18-21 mpg. That’s good.

It depends on how I'm driving. It doesn't take too many full throttle starts to pull it down to 17 or less. I've learned the 'egg between right foot & pedal' technique when accelerating - really makes a big difference. I've practiced that for much of the time with my '06 TRD 4.0V6 which helped, and have adapted that to the '21 TRD. Using cruise control can really reduce the MPGs at times because the truck decides the amount of throttle to apply while trying to maintain or resume the set speed. It will sometimes downshift going downhill when I'd prefer to just let the truck coast and pick up a few MPHs. I really wish the Toyota engineers could program cruise control so we (the drivers) can set a tolerance for set speed and a tolerance for the degree of acceleration.
