It isn't a terrible idea when in need but it's definitely not an ideal source of energy. Charging stations should soon be ubiquitous enough that a quick tow to the nearest fast charge station should be far quicker and greener

There has to be a huge tax write off for businesses for having said charger at their establishment.

Not to mention Federal credits as well.

As well as meter reimbursement if the employee isn't paying directly for power like a vending machine.

I beat out 7 other offers on my house, at least 2 were cash offers and most were higher than mine.

All because my realtor was the only one to write a letter to the seller.

When we sold our old house, my parents ended up choosing a lower bidder over a higher one because the higher bidder were really cocky about flipping the house and about what walls they were going to knock down. The lower bidder they chose was a nice family who was getting started in the world.

Cash offers on Real estate simply mean there are no financial contingencies.
Not a big box of $100 bills.

not gonna lie I am already dreaming about buying a lift and having it installed. I could use it for all of the trucks. being able to pull the cab on the ford would be huge if I'm gonna continue to do my own repairs as well.

Have to wait to see how the cards fall, though.
