*** UPDATE ***

@PapaRee did the tune last night and the issue is fixed! I’ve gone around 400 miles since last night on it and it’s a big improvement. No more issues with the tranny jumping 1st to 2nd. I was getting 23mpg on the hwy on my ride home as well! (31” tires). Appreciate the tune brotha

if you don’t have kdmax yet. You’re seriously missing out. I feel confident in the truck now to put bigger tires and add weight as far as bumpers, racks, and gear in for this hunting season coming up.

His truck was up to date on 04b04 already (from the dealership), so he wanted to try the tune to see if it fixed his problems. Flashed the KDMax tune on his truck and we went for an extended test drive. Could NOT duplicate the problem.
Just FYI, I also did NOT do a reset. That was going to be the next step.

Glad it all worked out!
