    You ain't kidding!

I might hold out to see if they release an unpainted body. There is already a bunch of 3d part files available to make it even more Toyotaish.

I've seen the threads the two members did on their "minime" builds. I decided it was too much for me and unsub'd. I wish I hadn't run across the newest one this morning! I'm willing to bet you can buy a new shell for it. It's just a lexan shell like on the "you put it together" kits.

Yes. His first one was amazing. I had to duck out during the second. I was getting itchy. Someone else built one, too. Not sure who.

So Tony (my dog) is never off leash. He’s a greyhound and will be gone in the blink of an eye if he wants. When we first adopted him, we bought a GPS tracker that attaches to his collar. At the time it was $100 for the unit and $100 annually for the cellular service.

There has been two times now where it’s more than paid for itself, one being tonight. I left the gate open after mowing and he got out. I got a text saying he was out so I put on my crocs and went and checked. Sure enough, gate open. Locked my crocs into 4wd and went for a late night jog. I was able to immediately track him down with the tracker and my phone. Zero drama.

It’s that type of situation where it could go many different ways but this really puts the mind at ease. Sure he’s microchipped and has tags on but I’m more worried about him getting hit by a car.

Anyways, I just wanted to share my experience and endorse this product.

You sound way more calm about it than I would have been.

The tracker and app is what helps me remain calm. That, and the fact that Tony doesn’t necessarily just bolt away. I’m sure he was like “oh! An open gate! Time to go on an adventure” and meander along. He only made it a couple hundred yards away from the house to the end of the street.

Sure beats running around the neighborhood frantically like a crazy person calling his name! Or chasing him just trying to keep up so you don't lose sight of him.

Greyhounds are sprinters, and humans are endurance hunters. He would wear out eventually.

He being me. Tony could eaasssssily outrun me and I would never catch him. Half throttle for him is like 17 mph. By the time I would catch up he would be gone again.
