With 37s and the +4 kit, should the pivots be all the way forward or does it fit better in a different configuration? Is it more of pick your poison to deal fit me to with the firewall or behind the headlight in regards to having to make room for the tires.

I honestly cant imagine going a over an inch forward on 37's. I'm at 1" and I had to get stupid invasive up front.

Best damn fit of any gusset ive ever done. I had zero trimming on mine to weld up. I was super impressed.

That's why I prefer it to the TC. Two pieces but tacked together, so just drop it on the spindle and start welding. The three-piece TC is more effort to get it all fit up correctly.

All of my TC stuff fit like garbage. From the spindle gussets to the upper control arm gussets. Just wasnt happy with any of it. Likely going to chop off the TC UCA gussets for JD's. I imagine their fit is on point like everything else has been.

Ah that's surprising. I haven't had any isues with the TC gussets on other trucks I've done. You're right though that the JD tower gussets are on point. Honestly that was the easiest thing I've gusseted on my front end.

Just found this waiting outside. The front end is going to be fresh with the LCA mount, tundra rack, etc

No more cracked sheet metal squeaky noises - until I break this one, which is hopefully never.DD5832BB-705B-405A-BA13-FA5B0A32D53D.jpg

Before you bolt or tack it in reinforce all the places the old one cracked. I boxed in the lower 'square' section then plated from that up the 4 radiator bolt mounts, then came across the top with more plate. 9+ years and no cracks.
