I board what I think is a discount airline (Southwest) only to look at spirit and think I should sip my coffee with my pinky in the air

 

I prefer southwest. Also my grandparents (the accountants) had a client who was the woman at Southwest Airlines like 60 years ago who had the idea to give out pretzels on the flights. Cool tidbit. Unfortunately she passed this past year. They were just her accountants first but they became well enough friends that she left behind one of her brokerages for my grandparents to take over. Has A LOT of LUV in it.

 

75% of the pre flight flight instructions now revolve around masks.

very much a west coast airline...before pandemic....you could catch a flight about any hour of the day between nor-cal/so-cal.

plus they're still one of the only airlines that doesn't charge cancellation fees. AND 2 free checked bags?

 

Super nice when you live between Dallas and Fort Worth. DFW is American Internatial Hub and Love field (smaller dallas airport) is southwests hub.

cant remember last time I flew any other airline than those two.

We pretty much only fly Delta. No fees, cancellations, etc. due to my amex and status, and with covid they have rolled over everything to the point where I now have platinum status through 2023, so free sky club, upgrades, etc... and all of my credits and companion passes are extended. Being in Atlanta for years, and now just outside Atlanta, you can pretty much fly anywhere direct several times a day, so it is the local go-to.

 

You keep a drink at all times, held near your lips and sipping often and let your mask dangle from your ear.

I got out last week. Took that money and some more to go in big on INFI. The stock the went above $3 today. Looking at you @Iwilltaco lol

 

Down 1.1% today.

AAPL made a move and I'm back at even on my AUG 20 $145 calls.

INFI is starting to get warmed up. Made a bit on that today.

Other then those 2 everything else was down. I've decided to take a $20K gamble on RBLX. I'm not selling anything until they release earnings. I really believe they are way undervalued. I also believe they are going to handily beat earnings and issue good guidance. I've already mentally kissed that $20K goodbye so I'm prepared. lol

Watch out. They’re doing some tricky things soon with the amex free sky club access. I no longer had access in 2020 because I’m amex gold. Platinum has to pay $39 now I think.
I have it for the free checked bags. Flying once a year pays the fee
