    Nope, not the rear diff whine. That's an odd noise. Almost sound electronic with all of the background noise.
    Were you on the brakes at all while recording?

    It showed up after my 5000 mile maintenance. All they did was rotate the tires.

    That is what I’m thinking too. If that’s the case wonder if it has caused any damage? Been driving it fo about 3500 miles or so.

    Weird as it sounds, something happened when they removed the wheels/tires. I’d remove the rears and check the drums, install tires and torque them. Maybe break the fronts loose and re-torque. Check the parking brake cable too.

    sounds like a bad wheel bearing....but weird that this happened on a new truck. maybe one of the wheels wasn't seated properly before they torqued it down
