I watch the tacotwonz video for the install and they ran it to injector fuse so it would always be on when the car was on. I started to run it it where Jesse did. E091969A-0EDD-4967-BAD6-D8B25CEDC14F.jpg

Whoever came up with these instructions did not, IMO, have sufficient understanding of how the systems work, or didn't do the necessary research. The ECU (which controls the injectors) is very sensitive to current/voltage/ground, and any fluctuation, or variances out of programmed limits are going to cause problems.

Most tutorials for these say you want this specific 10amp fuse. They will turn on with headlights. I don't think I'd want them running all the time anyway with DRLs but that's just me

I just disconnected the negative cable and check those fuses. They are still good.

Unfortunately I did this and it still won’t start. Every time I try to start it there’s a rapid clicking noise for about 5-10 seconds like the battery is dead.

Is the battery dead? Have you tried jump starting the truck?

Have you checked the battery? Entirely possible that your electrical work was drawing down the battery.

I’m about to hook the battery on charger now to check but I don’t think so. Who knows though.

Sounds to me like you got a dead battery, you may of left the key or lights on while you were doing the connection. Got a volt meter ? See if you have over 12volts in the battery while trying to start the engine. If voltage drops down to say 9 volts or less battery is weak. IF voltage is good, get a test light or volt meter and check for power across [ALL] engine fuses in the engine bay area, [WITH THE KEY IN THE ON POSITION] THIS should be a very simple fix. Let us know !!!

The battery was dead. I went ahead and moved the lights to the fuse that Jesse recommends and everything is working properly now. For everyone who commented trying to help thank you!
