First fill up after the 35x10.5s: 13.9mpg (mileage accounted for larger tire size with UG calibrated) which is actually better than I was expecting. Around here is pretty hilly and speed limit is 25-35 and I usually get high 14s to low 15s iirc. I'm pretty sure little to no highway miles on this tank, but about to drive like 400 highway miles, so we'll see where that gets us

    Also the sliders shipped yeeehaw

If its from RSI, a friend of mine is a dealer so that may actually be possible. No guarantees tho

Id need to check the wheel wells though, considering my shock towers now go all the way up there, Id need to check clearances.

Just checked the site. Just the flatbed and drawers are 6500, not including the top. Pass for me.

Oof. I am nowhere near ready to afford that. Maybe in a few years.

I can see a 100 percent better use of my money than buying the complete kit for 11k. Um, like steel, a really nice welder, and all the stuff to make them myself, and then get into that business myself

Yup. I'd be inclined to do the flat bed and drop sides, but not currently.

I mean I guess Im happy that options are becoming more available. When I first looked into it, the only kinda nice one was norweld, which was around the same price.

Looks like it's 770lbs total for the full bed replacement.

This is a military thing too. Been using one of my normal sites daily for over a year (legit site for forecast models), came to work a few weeks ago and it was blocked all of a sudden (no reason given). Had to submit an official request to unblock it.

I get that, but not when they block legitimate information sites at random, yet we can still surf FB and youtube...makes no sense to me.

Anyone have some recommendations on who can do a CMC for a third gen?

I have been asking around but nothing has come to fruition yet. Trying to get 295/75/16s but definitely need to get a CMC done first.

Anyone else get notice that they have to wear masks at work regardless of vaccination status?

That's a thing for active duty right now. At least out here in Hawaii it is...wearing my mask at my desk as I type this.

Edit: adding that vaccination status does not matter for this latest policy.

I'd imagine that more companies are going to do this too...my entire office is vaccinated, but we are still wearing them. I think the military just wants to further attempt to contain any spread, especially since we can all still be vectors. Who knows...I just do what I'm told, haha!

That's a horrible idea. What time?
Two weeks ago. Delta variant. Now the threat is the vaccinated carrying unaware and passing to the reluctant. I think we're getting close to the natural selection option.
