    Dear Crocs,
    I have been completely dissatisfied with the performance of your product. I hear nothing but fantastic things on social media and in printed media about how wonderful of a product you provide. I however, cannot say the same. This is the most poorly designed product I have ever used. It doesn't matter how many times I try, my beans will NOT come out the front hole. This is obviously due to terrible design inefficiencies, and I would like a refund of my full purchase price, plus shipping, as well as compensation for the terrible PTSD my OCD will suffer for the rest of my miserable days. I award you no points, and may God a mercy on your soul.
