One might argue you need even MORE sound deadening with tube doors since it's so loud with them on.

I decided to continue this productivity and finally add a 1/4” npt tee on my compressor so I can actually use it as backup air now.

I just happened to come across a new in box one for sale. I would’ve been waiting awhile longer to buy it through the man himself. Didn’t save any money but now I won’t be waiting as long.

Now that I'll have the tundra rack, my stock tie rods will be the weak point in the steering. To combat that, I'll add full heimed tie rods. Kartek offers them in any flavor so I can be out the door for less than $500.

This is what's required for the inner portion, where they connect to the steering rack.

The tie rods themselves. I will coat them in steel-it to prevent any rusting.

And the inner heim. I already have outer heims, so that's taken care of.

The final product will look similar to this.

I know @singletrack_ftw has one. Good idea to still keep a hi lift on hand because there are certain situations where it's the only tool that'll get the job done.

Yup, love mine it works great. Is cheap and takes up very little space

Have one too. It's handy. Even changed a tire or two on the trail with it.

And I don’t carry a hi lift and I never will, Randy is right I will prolly get into a situation where one is needed but I cant/won’t justify that massive stupid thing taking up bed space for trips
