Installed the Caliraised Amber 40” spot/wide combo light bar. Working on an install and review of this, initial impressions are great so far.

Sorry for your (all too common it seems) problem, further sorry for the disappointing response from corporate.
Could you put a video camera on the floor and see where the water actually comes from?

Started on the template for my transmission skid plate. Taking this slow, measure 10 times, plasma cut once. I made 3 templates with the fit up for the trd skid before going with this.

I had an issue with a 2012 VW GTI leaking. I went through the BBB auto line process. During the hearing, they gave VW another chance to fix it and the tech used a Phillip’s head screwdriver to punch a hole in the spare tire well to keep the water from collecting. At the next hearing, they required VW to buy the car back for what I paid for it. With the increase in value, that might not be the way to go.

Mostly. You need two spade connectors and two ring connectors, 18 inches of 14awg wire and 18-20 inches of wire loom to cover the wire. You will build two ground wires with this. The positive connectors from the original horns will serve as the power.

What about some adhesive backed insulating tape? If the damp air does not hit the cool plastic, it will not condense, right?- like a cold beer inside an insulating koozie.

Usually you get condensation on ac units because of the moisture in the air right? I would hope the dealer would’ve “dried out” your truck somehow. If it doesn’t have a leak then maybe that particular unit blows extra cold? Did they pull the ac unit? I’m calling bullshit on Toyota and thinking that it just isn’t draining properly. Maybe at least they could give you a tiny little bucket to collect the drips

Well, I think I have some black corrugated plastic and could direct the flow to the rubber mat. Passengers may not like cold water splashed on their feet though.

I will have to look into the insulation of the bottom of the case and the drain line to see if that remedies the issue.

A good start to the weekend off the beaten path around South Lake Tahoe (also doubles as a great towel dryer)
