    If I already didn't have one I would snatch this up. IMO, the best tablet/phone/radio mount for third gens.

    Anyone have any recommendations for edge trimmer for fenders? Im gonna have to take off 2 inches all the way around, and I plan on keeping the holes intact so I reuse the flares. Thanks in advance

    As far as which tool to use? I use a jigsaw with the proper blade. I lay down a bunch of tape and use a compass with a sharpie taped to it to make a perfectly uniform line and then hit it with the jigsaw. Before removing any tape, touch up the bare metal edge with paint.

    Well, I already know Ill probably cut my foot off doing this so I need to be prepared for the nightmare that will be my fenders. I want to set the bar super low, that way anything I do well I will be damn proud of

    That's the one I used. Fits nice and snug. I also have it on the bed rack near the tail gate so I don't leave a part of my scalp there when I lean in.

    Just got back, here are the mpg results. mpg not super important, but I've already driven close to 18k miles this year, so I'd like it to not completely suck down fuel. The 35x10.5s with proper toe got better mpg than the 265/70r17s with mad toe out lol. Ultragauge was calibrated with GPS location/distance prior to trip

    Blacksburg -> Mechanicsville and a HD trip (net downhill)
    Dash display (wildly inaccurate, but decent for relative comparison): 18.2 mpg
    ODO Mileage (uncalibrated for big tires): 201.2 miles @ 17.0 mpg
    UG Mileage (Calibrated for big tires): 227.8 miles @ 19.3 mpg

    Mechanicsville -> Blacksburg (net uphill)
    Dash display (wildly inaccurate, but decent for relative comparison): 16.9 mpg
    ODO Mileage (uncalibrated for big tires): 190.1 miles @ 15.3 mpg
    UG Mileage (Calibrated for big tires): 217.6 miles @ 17.6 mpg

    It is interesting how the larger tires on stock gears will amplify either end of the spectrum. In town got worse, but highway (as long as it could hold 5th in lockup, which it did for the most part) actually got surprisingly better. When it was stock, got around 16-17 either way.

    Look what a nieghbor pointed out hanging in our tree over the sidewalk. Near a school bus stop. It's as big as a basketball. Phone calls have been made.

    Not that I'm aware of. Put the warning out on the sub's FB page. I may try and hit it with Spectracide later tonight when they settle down.
