No idea if this guy is any good but his van is always parked in my apartment complex and says he does mobile repairs.

Are there any groups going out wheeling soon? Just got a new Tacoma and I would love to go out with it but I'm not too familiar with any trails and would want to go with a group in case I got stuck.

Not much going on until the forests reopen.

So are no trails really open at the moment? Like broken arrow?

All forests including roads plus state trust land is closed.

Does anyone know if there are restrictions on road 231 south of Rogers Lake?

I would be skeptical on that due to the Rafael fire. Your best bet for information will be calling the ranger station

Got a new hiking pack. Need to get back into shape. Did the popular Fatman loop because it’s next to the house.
If anyone has suggestions for easier trails to get back into it near Flagstaff be appreciated.
Plus if ya need a partner for em I’m game. I just have to plan and do them as I can with my weird work hours.

Whats easy? Inner Basin trail from Lockett Meadow is pretty easy and beautiful.

If’n anyone makes it to the south rim, HMU. Moving in this weekend! Husband has been there since March, but I’m finally clear of work and cleaned out the last things at the house.

already have a permit for R2R2R (my second time!) in November. always up for day hikes below the rim.

Just spent 10 days camping SE of Flag, never seen so much rain or standing water! Wheeling was limited because of the water. Elk everywhere. No people, where have they gone?. I saw 2 people in a 7 day time span. going back next week.
