Not sure the reason behind the liquor policy. I grew up in where gas stations sell beer and grocery stores sell wine liquor and beer; was wierd coming here and seeing the differences. When I came to Ct I was still too young to drink but the difference was still apparent.

Check out a “package store” for beer wine and liquor out here.

If you can make the trip up to mass, I am pretty sure @tacobell007 might be able to help. Iirc, hes done a bunch of work for other tw people in the area. Good luck!

Of all the things to remember, a cartoon should be pretty low on the list.

Also, I hear 40 is the new 18

    Thanks all, very helpful.

@tacobell007, appreciate the offer. Really just need to get things aligned right before making the long trip back to California (through Canada, ~4K miles) to eliminate this higher speed wobble. Any good alignment shops that you all would recommend, anywhere in the state really? Willing to pay for a quality place. I'm realizing how quick it is to get everywhere, I drove to Cap City in Danbury yesterday and it's like halfway across the state but only an hour.

One other Connecticut question: what's with the signs for places offering "apizza"? I assume this is not a spelling error since it's so common and it must have something to do with pizza, but curious what the deal is there (ie pizza v. apizza).

Appreciate the guidance on liquor stores v. grocery stores. Just found a well-stocked place with some west coast brews so all good there.

Apizza is a New Haven term that describes a New Haven pie. Best pizza outside of Italy hands down.

Sorry I can’t help on a good alignment shop. The place I go to sucks.

Super, thanks Schmidt6, vssman and tacobell007! I'll check out the place in Bridgeport, looks solid and isn't far.

Fun state y'all live in. Weather was a lot nicer and cooler today, hope it's a lasting trend.
