Did the same mod. I’m not smart enough to use a clear hose. I also stuck my finger with a metal zip tie that I had previously installed and trimmed. 7FAF4E9E-CA68-485A-90DE-FBEDFEAF9F88.jpg Blood drops. Do I get a medal or a dunce cap?

Oy. That’s what the lady said. I haven’t had one of those in years, but I’ve been stabbing my self with rusty implements and still no lockjaw. I remember as a kid that shit took me out and I had to crawl back home from a friends house. Nothing funny like a 8 year old crawling across a yard, at least now it is.

FWIW you would most definitely get one had you sought medical attention. Especially if it’s been >10 years since your last.

those darn needles were so large for a kid… I remember that.

I don’t know when the last time I’ve sought medical attention. Besides some chiropractic work

There is not a whole lot I can do right now except be at their mercy. The new head mechanic was hit up about doing something like insulation on the case/line and he said that might void my warranty, said to wait and see what Corporate wants to do.

This may qualify for a lemon law deal but as others have stated all you are gonna get back is your purchase price and in today's market there are no replacements hardly to be found anywhere equipped/color like mine. Others have commented on wet cabin filters and moisture at the back of the glove box and this seems it may be a design issue now. This never happened on my 2nd Gen for 14 1/2 years and 249K miles. BTW, on the 2nd Gen, all I ever spent other than maintenance came to about $350. One new front hub was needed and the fan connectors and the center console latch. Not bad for a 14 1/2-year-old truck for repairs. I ended up with about 4 sets of new rear springs due to recalls and I did have the driveshaft replaced due to a second gear shudder but it got paid for due to a recall as well.

    A growing list of stuff

Please explain what the 2 different positions of that switch are supposed to activate.
Is it for something like a low powered running light LED (like a DRL), or 2 different sets of beams?
By the wiring diagram, it is looking like a DRL, because anything more than that would blow a 3A fuse.
The reason why the switch activates a relay to begin with is that driving lights usually take a bit of amperage.
My guess right off the bat would be if you disconnected the white from the switch and replaced the fuse that the one function of the light would work with no blown 3A fuse.

The wheels are awesome, and the guys at Tandem are really good guys as well. It’s also nice to have something different than everyone else.

Weird! I parked my Taco yesterday and just randomly looked at that same sticker and without much thought decided it's coming off. A quick pick at a corner and peeled off in two easy pcs. Yup, got the ghost print but not nearly as obnoxious.
