    Yeah, I have a feeling this CNC thing could easily become an addiction for me. There are some really nice things already out there w/o even having to design anything.

    I'm gonna be spending all my money on sheet steel. The prices are crazy high right now, but, no idea if they will go up or down, so I am going to go stock up here in the next week or two.

    Yeah, he's a power buyer. But, if there's anybody who can pull himself out from under a large workpile like what hes' accumulated, my money is on @Empty_Lord . He cut himself the other day and Toyota red coolant came out.

    :D

    @Empty_Lord
    Easy question for you. A friend at the plant has a 2004 Camry wit 3.0l. He knows I have one so he's always asking me questions about it.
    He's owned it since new and has 270,000 miles. Only engine repairs was timing belt at 220,000.

    He told me it's running fine but seems to be losing a bit of HP. I was asking him a few questions and was surprised to learn it has the original spark plugs.
    Do you see many that the plugs are seized after not being changed for so long? I am considering offering to help him change them, and just curious if they'll be seized up.

    Never has seized plugs in any Toyota honestly. Some will come out rough, if you get one just work it out slowly. Out a bit, back in, out a bit More, back in, etc

    That's good to hear. I usually do that to any bolt that feels like it's even partially seized. If I can get them to back out any at all, I usually start with PB or Kroil, then back in, repeat cycle.

    I always use high heat anti seize on them when I change them out. Helps me sleep at night :).

    I put plugs in dry, the modern coatings there’s no real need for anti seize these days as long as you don’t get water into the spark plug area or neglect them for 200k+ miles
